Shown in the picture is using a pair of rings to hold 3 feet x 5 feet flag mounted onto a 5 feet x 1 inch copper plumbing pole. Mounting bracket for pole and flag are for illustration only and NOT included in this sale.  

Size: 1 1/4 inch, it fits poles with an OD between 1 and 1 1/4 inch.

Attention: It does not fit 1 1/4-inch plumbing pipes that have an actual outer diameter of 1 3/8 inch.
