Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed and when can I expect to receive my order?
A: Your orders will be processed and shipped within ONE business day. Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an automated e-mail as your order confirmation. After your shipment is processed, we will e-mail you a tracking number. All domestic and international orders can be tracked online. Domestic orders take 1-4 business days to arrive depending on the shipping method you choose during checkout. International orders take 7-14 business days to arrive.

Q: What is the cost of shipping and sales tax?
A: Once you place items in shopping cart, you may determine the exact shipping cost by clicking on "add info" button under "shipping" and typing in your state and zip code. Sales tax is ONLY applicable to California residents.

Q: How do I return my order?
A: You may unconditionally return your order within 90 days of receipt. Our return process is super easy. Just log into your account using the same e-mail address you submitted when you placed your order and go to "Completed Orders", click on "Return Item(s)" button, choose a reason for return, and submit a return request. We will immediately (mostly within 1 hour) approve your return without asking any question. If the product is not as promised, we will refund your entire payment plus return shipping. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your returned product.

Q: Do you accept other types of payments?
A: Besides credit cards, we also take personal checks and money orders. If your order confirmation e-mail does not show an address to mail your payment, please click here for our mailing address. There is a holding period of 5 business days for personal checks to clear.

Q: How do I recover the password to my account?
A: You need to go to our "Change Your Password Page" and type in your registered e-mail address to recover your password. Your password will be e-mailed to you within minutes.
